How it works
Request your data from Netflix
Netflix lets you download your personal data in your account settings. Click on the button of that page. You will be asked to confirm the request via email. You will get a second email once Netflix prepared a file with all your personal data. That can take anything from a few minutes to a few days.
Download your data
Follow the instructions in the email you got from Netflix to download your user data. You will receive a zip-file named netflix-report.zip. Save that file somewhere on your computer or mobile device. If you want, you can extract ViewingActivity.csv from the zip-archive. That is the only file that will be analyzed by Checkflix.
